Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT's) or Blockchains or any related derivatives. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.※ After receiving payment, I will provide regular previews and updates of my process. I strongly encourage clients to be honest with me for any changes they wish to have for their commissions. This is extremely helpful and I want to make a piece clients are happy with. Changes are best during the sketching stage. I will charge extra if major and frequent changes are requested after.※ If you ask for a refund I will return the portion of money that did not go into the piece/up until the point you decided you didn’t want it anymore. It is only fair that a portion I spent time, effort, and energy into your piece is kept as compensation.※ By commissioning me you are thereby agreeing to my terms of service whether or not you have thoroughly read it through, and as such you will be held to these rules through the entire process.※ In regard to custom designs; if you decide to sell them at a later time you may only resell them for the price they’ve been paid for!
